Ok i sent my cousin $ as family/friends and she agreed to refund it. Within 5mins of me sending her the $ she issued a refund. On my paypal summary it says that the payment was successfully refunded but when i checked my transactions on my "Paypal Prepaid" debit card it still says i was charged. I decided to call up "Paypal Prepaid Mastercard" support and they said that the $ was refunded but after paypal notified them of the canceled transaction a few hours later paypal requested for the $ again somehow and i got billed, but when i call paypal support they say that the $ was refunded. My cousin still doesnt have the $ on her account either and it says that the transaction was reversed on her side aswell, she sent me a screenshot for proof. So basiclly paypal just stole my $ how do i resolve this because the customer service agents all have the same answers, Its like they are reading a pre-made script for when they know they have **bleep** people over for their $.
