Paypal Credit

I am showing that I have $0 available credit. Yet I have approx $800 difference in what I owe and what my credit line is. Does anyone understand why? I have sent 2 messages to paypal and heard nothing back.

Perhaps PayPal Credit sees a higher risk than before.
