Hi, I am having issues with recieving payments from others when I send requests. It works for me when I use a card that used to be linked, but everyone else gets a message saying their cards cannot be used to make this payment. What could be the issue?
Do you have a business account? Only if you only have a personal account then you can only accept a certain amount of card funded payments before you have to upgrade.
But paypal normally email you to let you know to claim the payment and upgrade if that was the case.
So if its not that your best bet is to ask customer services direct.
