So I am trying to sell a cell phone and the buyer wants to use PayPal. I have never sold anything using PayPal so I don't know what to expect. The buyer states the payment has been made, and I got an email from PayPal stating that the payment was confirmed but will not show in my account until a tracking number is provided. The buyer wants the package sent priority mail international. Should the payment be showing up on my account or what? I don't want to send the item if it is a scam, but I also don't want to upset the buyer. Please help!!!!
