Hi all,
So I'm getting an issue where I cannot actually make payments to anyone at the moment. The only error message I seem to be getting is "We're sorry, there seems to be a problem. Please try again later", with no reason provided as to why. Is this simply an error for me, or are others also experiencing this?

EDIT: As an update, I'm able to do the payment on mobile, but it doesn't allow me on the website for some mysterious reason. Just want to see if anyone has any possible ideas as to why this could be

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
