I am having a problem with purchasing an order on Overstock.com, every time I choose to pay with Bill Me Later it gives me this message: "Looks like we're unable to authorize your purchase using Bill Me Later® with the option to buy now and pay later. But you can still use PayPal to choose another payment method.".
I have enough money for the purchase in my account, and even though it has given me that error, it has charged me twice on my PayPal account without the order ever actually following through.
Also, the two charges for the same order it made on my account have just been sitting there pending for three days.
