When I go to pay money from my balance it says "sorry you cant pay at this moment please contact paypal" the money isnt pending i dont know what to do

are the funds in your balance in the same currency as the seller accepts?
do you use pay after delivery or equivalent in your country?
do you have another funding source linked to your paypal account?
is your account limited?
its in the same country, and i only have my balance avalible it just doesnt let me pay and my account isnt limited it lets me pay a little bit every few hours and even takes a day
Normally paypal does not let you use funds in your paypal balance unless you have a back up card linked to your paypal account as well.
