Is the card reader available for accounts in spain?
Don't believe so at this point in time - currently it's US, UK and CA (on a limited basis).
Unfortunately at this time PayPal Here is not avaiable in CA.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
