PayPal Business Debit Master Card Declined

I was on a particular site making a purchase and I wanted to use the funds that are available on my PayPal Business Debit Master Card, and it was declined, saying it is not honored? Not sure what that means, and why it would not be honored, especially since I had more than enough funds in my account to cover that purchase and others if needed.

Can someone tell me what not honored means.

Regrettably, we're not able to provide the exact details as to why a transaction may be denied. There are several reasons that may cause this; technical issues on either side, merchant may not accept business cards, it may have been due to our security measures.

I'm sorry we aren't able to be more specific in this case. You may contact Debit Card customer service directly a t 1-866-888-6080 if your card is denied in the future.
