Palpay Error email invoice

 Email an invoice for someone to pay.  When they click on it to pay they get this error.  I tried to email a couple different people and they are expriencing this same issueSorry — your last action could not be completed

What is the solution how to I get this fixed.  answer ot clearing cache or using different browser already tried that.

the same here, i am trying to accept a payment and i get the same error message, come on pay pal!!!
