why does paypal state that if we buy shipping labels direct from ebay that our pending payments will pay sooner AND we will have SHIPPING FUNDS . because i did buy label and i did not get any of my pending released

Well Roger-Dodger, paypal does not have an explanation, it is part of their mis-leading profit process. the longer they hold your money the more interest they accrue as well as how big their deposits look to wall street. sorry but just bite the bullet

If you use Ebay shipping the postage funds are immediately taken from the held funds if the postage is $15.00 or less.

And since you will have online viewable tracking (D/C) the remainder of the funds will be released within 24-48 hours usually.

thank you for the reply. the shipping charges were $9.00. It was not taken from my held funds, it was taken directly from my bank account.

Which did you use Paypal shipping or ebay shipping
