Order Didn't Go Through

My order didn't go through at A&F on November 18, 2014 because the app crashed but PayPal still took the money and I googled similar problems and it said when the money isn't claimed in 30 days the unclaimed payment would fall off and return to my account. It's now December 20 and still nothing. It still says pending. I've contacted A&F and they can't do anything because of course they have no record of the order. What do I have to do??

What time was the order placed??

It was for eg 6pm then it won't be released until 6pm.

If after the 30 days (to the minute) is up and its not released contact customer services and they should be able to release it for you.

The order was placed at 11:47 am.
