Not receiving my invoice pay

So I just sold somebody some things from a game for 13 dollars US and It said that it been paid and had to wait 24 hours. That was June 12,2015 around 5pm and it's not being paid to my paypal balence

2)  Did you receive a "payment received" email message from PayPal?

Sounds like you may have fallen for a scam.  PayPal always sends a "payment received" email message.  Hopefully they didn't trick you into sending the item?

 

Regarding gift payments... you should not be accepting gift payments for sales.  Here's the applicable user agreement text...

 

4.1 Receiving Personal Payments.  If you are selling goods or services, you may not ask the buyer to send you a Personal Payment for the purchase.  If you do so, PayPal may remove your ability to accept Personal Payments.

PayPal did send me that he paid the invoice but what do I do now

Do you have a screen shot (minus personal information) of the PayPal email message?

The buyer has sent you a PayPal invoice asking YOU to pay HIM $10.00.  The part about "Paid and Confirmed via PayPal" is in the notes section... it's just text the buyer has added.

 

It's a scam... the buyer hasn't sent a payment.
