Neg. balance verified bank account and cc not working

I made a purchase using my smart connect card on feb. 7th it said the pay status was expired. Then it took the money from my paypal on feb 12 which in turn gave me a neg. balance. I tried to pay using a my verified bank account and a couple days later it said it failed and I know the money is there to cover it. So then I tried to send the money with the credit card on file and its saying denied and the card has enough to cover the amount. Please tell me why my verified bank account and my credit card will not link up to the account for payment. Checked both in my profile and all the info is correct...wondering do I have to give a tax Id number to make the account work cause its the only thing that has a little yellow sign next to it in my profile. Please help me get this resolved.

Unfortunately you have to contact custormer support for answers and assistance with your issue.  Problems like this cannot be resolved thru the community forum as someone needs to look at your account.

Do you know if the tax Id or a social security number is required now?
