I am selling some rugs on craigslist and i am skeptical on the buyer that wants them. He only wants to pay via PayPal but ive never used PayPal to charge anyone. I understand how to create an invoice and it gets emailed to him but not sure if i get charged before or afterthey pay! Please someone help me!!!! Dont know what i should do!!!
