About 7 hours ago I place a order of $380 on monoprice.com. It says the payment still has not gone through and I don't see it in my Paypal student account.
transaction type: NOT_AUTH (PayPal)
says order status is pending. Your PayPal payment will be charged in a couple of hours.
I would contact them but they are closed on sundays does anyone know why it's not going through?
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is always pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
