I recently sold something on eBay and used UPS Ground to have it shipped. I paid for the shipping and it was sent. A few says ago, I noticed that my PayPal balance was way too high. I looked in summary/history part of my PayPal and I could see that my payment for the shipping label was crossed out.
UPS is entered in as UPS*INTERNETSHIPWAYBIL and it reads at the bottom "The temporary authorization was canceled and your payment method wasn't charged."
So in a nutshell, the buyer got free shipping and the money was put back on my account. I checked with the buyer and asked if she got her product. She said she did.
This just doesn't seem right. Why did the money come back to me?
