How do I make a payment? What is up with the removal of this button? Is pay trying to increase interests for customers because the cannot make a payment? This is BAD!
Is anyone else upset with the choices they now give you to pay? I don't like 'Auto Pay' - I've had my checkbook messed up too many times by those, but it's the only place they let you choose the amount you want to pay. The only other options (short or snail mail) is to 'Pay in Full' or 'Pay the Minimum". I rarely, if ever, pay the minimum, but I refuse to let them force me into auto pay. time to transfer the balance to one of my 'friendlier' credit cards I guess.
Last month I sent a payment to PayPal by snail mail. They didn't get it. I tried to comfirm my bank account so I could make a payment electronicly (I think that's the term for it!), but for some strange reason my bank account couldn't be confirmed. Earlier this month, I sent another payment by snail mail. Now I'm starting to wonder if that payment didn't get lost, too. I can't find any sign that my payment was received. I don't know what I can do.
I have also found it difficult to make a fast payment on this site. I accidentally found one way by going to Wallet and scroll down to Balance. There was an option to make a payment there. This is a difficult way to make payments on time!
First you must have a bank account. Then you must link your bank account to your PayPal account. Before that can happen, they will make two small deposits into your account between $0.01 and $0.99 which will be withdrawn shortly afterwords. You must tell them how much each deposit was in order to confirm your account and get it linked. If you get the amounts wrong, you won't be able to link that account ever again.
Jeez, No kidding! It took me forever to find it several years ago. Now I have to learn where it is all over again. What is up with not making that link easily available?? I've given feedback, and now this comment. What's it gonna take? I will find that sucker, if it takes me all day.
with your new system i cannot get in to make s payment. It takes forever. I cannot up-date my browser because it is the company. How do I make payments. Your instruction say go to the summary. There is no Make payment section
