Magento 1.9.2 with Paypal

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to show payment option is "Pay with a debit/credit or Paypal Credit" in paypal login page after the Checkout has been redirected. Please advise me what I should setup on my Paypal. Best Regards, Tee

What ecommerce site are you using?  It seems that site should provide information about changes.

My issue seem like this below post but all test order from my website was show only Paypal login without debit/credit option.
