It's been 30 days

I made a payment to someone for a product/service 30 days ago.  I called them and they said they never received my order so I, in essence, have cancelled that order.  The intended recipient is evidently not incontrol of his paypal account and has not decline the payment.  According to what I've read I should automatically receive a refund after 30 days.  It's been 30 days and I haven't gotten my money back.  C'mon paypal, what's going on?

I suspect the seller has made a mistake in the email addy they gave you to pay if they did not receive the monies.

What does it say in your paypal account.

1. Unclaimed.

2. Unclaimed with a cancel option.

3. Completed.

4. Uncleared.

1. Unclaimed

I talked to the guy.  He has no clue as to what goes on with his website.  I gather he's an "unplugged" person who relies on others who are unreliable.  But according to things I read on the paypal website, after 30 days, I am to receive an automatic refund...........sooo, where is it?  And there's no one to help you and I can't file a claim either.  This **bleep**.

Well i am dragging myself out of the garden and trying to help you.

Yes if unclaimed without a cancel option it is returned to you after 30 days, so was 30 days today? If so should be in tomorrow.

If not then email or give paypal a a call.

Contact us bottom of paypal pages > put in account problems and phone the number given.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
