Invoice taking long to transfer into my account

So Recently i had sold a Counter Strike item for real life cash because i needed the money and i have a completed and paid invoice from the person i sent it to and i was just wondering if i had to do anything further like comfirming anything and ect... please respond asap as i need the money to pay for food

Not too bad others have been scammed for a lot worse?

Can you get the money by selling something else that is not intangible?
