I'm making a 6.00 purchase on ebay but its saying that were sorry but your Paypal balance and existing payments are insufficient to complete this transaction. I have money in my account to cover purchase. I've made 2 purchase yesterday but the money came out. Are you only allowed to make a certain amount of purchases per day? Please help
