So Paypal would not let me pay an invoice due to insufficient funds however I am paying with a credit card, therefore I cannottransfer money into my paypal account with a credit card and so it should NOT matter because I AM USINGZ CREDIT CARD! I called the call center to see what they could do and they said they would fix it I just had to wait about 30 minutes, which I did, tried again, DIDNT WORK! Called a second time and they said the same thing and tried it, DIDNT WORK. thanks paypal for not only being unable to process the services you promise and offer, but STILL UNABLE TO HELP ME EVEN THOUGH YOU SAID YOU JUST DID. Literally makes no sense.
