Instant Transfer not available

Hello I have been using paypal for the last few months and last night I encountered a problem that had me frustrated and I could not pay for an item nor was echeck available for this purchase. I have 2 ccs and a bank account linked to my paypal but the 2 ccs are both empty and I don't plan on reloading them anytime since its a pain to do but I can't use instant transfer nor echeck to pay for this item but my ccs are available. Please help me my account is already verified and I don't want to use my ccs.

Instant transfers require both a bank account and valid credit card.

As for the eCheck option, seems that's been kind of a mystery lately.

You can try this direct link - paste the link in your web browser, after that, you should get the PayPal login in screen.

Should the above not work, next option would be contact customer support for assistance.  This can be done via email, phone or through Twitter @AskPayPal or via Private Message on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PayPal

It sounds like you didn't fully complete adding the bank account to your PayPal profile... did you complete the confirmation of the 2 small deposits which PayPal sends to your bank account?

Log in to your PayPal account and look at your bank account information in your PayPal profile... is there any indication that you need to confirm the bank account?
