Im getting folllowing error when i m trying to pay. My Card Also not expired. Previously i was able to pay, This issue comes only from this month.

And after few hours following email came to may mail,

Perhaps an issue with your credit card.  PayPal is not likely to give you a specific answer.  No one else will be able to either.

All you can do, as PayPal suggested, is use a different credit card.
