I sent my money to the wrong email address by accident! Paypal won't help me!

I accidently sent money to a payapl account that it was not intended for(spelling error). I tried to cancel it, but the button did not work. I contacted Paypal and they told me to go pound sand. I don't get it. Why won't they help you out if you made a mistake? All I get is crap from them, no solutions. I know I need them more than they need me, but really? They could have stopped the payment, but chose not to. Paypal is NOT your PAL, I know my money is gone, but thanks for not helping me Paypal. Pendejos!

Then no guarantees BUT file for non receipt of item via the ''resolve a problem link'' in your paypal account or in the resolution centre.
As that person has nothing to send you then you may well get a refund.
Also by opening a dispute and escalating it to a claim when you get that option may just force them into voluntarily refunding you.
Advice is voluntary.
