I made a payment to Feem for Desktop. I need a refund.

Hello,

 

I made a payment to Feem for Desktop and need a refund. I made the payment on October 29, 2015. I clicked on 'Activity' menu but couldn't find an option where it says 'refund'. I even know the transaction iD, which is 3L35439348355524J. I paid $13.48 CAD ($10 USD) for it. What should I do?

1. Ask the seller for a refund.

 

2. If you have not received an item or the item arrived misdescribed then file a dispute via the "resolve a problem link" lower left of your paypal summary page, put in what has happened and when you get the option escalate it to a claim.
