I bought a PayPal MyCash Card unaware that I needed to be 18 years of age and require my Social Security Number.I have tried to refund it at the CVS where I bought it because I have not activated it because I am not eligible for redeeming the money contained in the MyCash Card.The attempt to refund the card at CVS did not work which was really disappointing because they allow refunds for broken products at FULL PRICE but not gift cards/prepaid cards?I know you can refund it at www.paypal.com/cash but it says in the FAQ I have to be logged on to access the refund option which isn't working for me because the PayPal MyCash site does not have a login option but only the Sign Up button.I do not want to make another account and the only way I can log onto PayPal MyCash is by using the Log In With PayPal button which doesn't work because I have to enter the Card's Pin Number which also doesn't work because I'm instead directed to a page where I have to enter my Social Security Number which is leading me to a dead end because that is the reason I am having this dilemma in the first place.How can I login to MyCash using PayPal so I can request a refund?If I am able to request a refund, how does the process work,where does the money go, and when can I expect the money to be refunded?Overall, PayPal MyCash is a terrible experience and feels like it is not associated with the real PayPal because I can't go on MyCash with my account logged in.
