How do I trandfer redit balances in my PayPal account bakc to Credt Card

Hello,

I pay my payment in Paypal using my credit card - AMEX,

when I return item and receives refund from the return items, I get paypal credit.

I will  I like to transfer the money back to my AMEX card.

Please advise how to do that.

If you mean you want to withdraw funds from your paypal account TO your card then you can't in the U.S.

You can only withdraw to a bank account linked and verified to your paypal account.
