How Do I Cancel A Payment

The payment I'm sending to a merchant says "Pending Until Sep 5, 2013."

I cannot "Click Cancel under Order Status/Actions." It's not applicable, because the status is still blank. Can I cancel the payment? I have changed my mind and do not wish to purchase the item.

You cannot cancel the payment.  You will need to ask the seller to cancel your order and refund your payment.
