I got an email from eBay earlier that said they were unable to process my payment on a item I bid on this afternoon & won. I use bill me later & have a credit balance with bill me later at the moment. I don't understand why my purchase has not been paid for. The seller accepts pay pal & bill me later for payments. What do I do?
