[HELP] Return to merchant and try a different payment method

I keep getting this error when trying to buy something, Can someone help me resolve this?

That definitely sounds frustrating.

 

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or tried using a different internet browser to send that payment? If you have and continue to experience this same difficulty, then I would recommend that you reach out to us directly for additional assistance.
