I made an order off of mindfactory for computer parts about a half an hour ago 2 parts are missing from the order can i cancel the order if it says completed
You can't cancel a completed payment BUT you can file a dispute for item received but not as described via the "resolve a problem in the resolution centre link" lower left of your paypal summary page.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
