i recently made a paypal account. a friend in poland has girted me 350 dollars, the transaction was made on saturday, and i have an invoice here in my paypal saying the payment details. the money has not gone into y account balace so there is thill an invoice for 350 pending. is there anything i can do. btw my account is only 80 percent complete is that why the money isnt going into my balance. what is the reason that the money isnt going into my balance?
