Error api-3t.paypal.com port 443: Connection timed out

Hi,

 

On checkout via Pay Pal I am getting an error code:
Failed to connect to api-3t.paypal.com port 443: Connection timed out

The Pay Pal business API info has been inputed and the Url Paypal return page: http://bananawellgetaway.com.au/thank/ on the Paypal preference.

 

Can anyone help please!
