I have no idea why anyone would have changed the fairly logical terminology that was formerly used on the screen that was used to cancel a subscription. It was fairly intuitive how to cancel the subscription.
But now you have to CANCEL PROFILE in order to terminate a subscription. That is illogical, counter-intuitive, dangerous-sounding, and will confuse the HELL out of foreign customers.
Please get somebody who speaks English to rename EVERYTHING on that page and make it INTUITIVE how to cancel a recurring payment subscription. Canceling a Profile is NOT what you want to call this!! A profile is NOT what you want to cancel.
