can anyone explain why I get a error message when I am trying to buy a digital gift card and I have plenty of $ to cover the purchase? The message states were sorry we cannot send your payment right now and then it stated were sending u back to the merchant. Finally it stated were sorry that we are useless and only like freezing accounts and taking fees(ok maybe not the last part) Thanks for the helo
