Delivery address not shown

Hi Paypal,

 

I made a purchase from an reputable online shop. I used the invoice sent by the seller to make the payment. It was a payment for 'Goods' so I specifically checked my delivery address is correct before I send the money. However, the seller claimed the payment does not have a delivery address and had no choice(part of their procedure in case of fraud) but to do a refund. This has caused great inconvenience for both of us!

The whole payment process was done on iOS mobile app. When I check the details of the transaction on a PC, there was no address too.

I want to know how did this happen? Is this a bug? Why does the address not appear when payment made thru the mobile app?
