Debit/Credit Card Payment Unacceptable

Hey I've been having a problem with people sending me money to my paypal with their credit or debit card && it says that im not able to recieve that type of payment method && I currently have the business PayPal is there any way i can get that fix??

Are you sure you have a business and not a personal account?

Because if its business then you certainly should be able to receive card funded payments.
