I've always used the "Pay Later" option, for the printing of shipping labels and it has worked fine. Coming out of the buyer's funds. But, the last time I used the "Pay Later" option, my checking account was used to pay for the shipping label, instead of the buyer's funds. Why?
Hello! Anyone? I've talked with Ebay and Paypal, 3 times over the phone, and that was a complete waste of time. Why did my bank account get charged, when I used the "Pay Later" option, like I have, every other time i've printed a shipping label?
