Hi! I m trying to link a card in my paypal account so i can make a payment. I tried 3 different cards but no one has been accepted. The one is prepaid visa electron, the other one is visa and the last one american express. What i m doing wrong? The name of my account and on my cards is the same.. What should i do? I need to make a payment.
