Cannot use my PayPal balance.

So a few days ago everything was totally fine, I could pay for things with my  PayPal balance, but now it says that the payment has failed. Even tried sending money, did not work. It's actually getting really annoying now.  Any suggestions on what's the problem/solution, people?

Do you have a back up funding source linked to your paypal account as well?

Do you use pay after delivery?

Are the funds in your balance in the same currency as the seller accepts?

I do not have a backup source, nor I use pay after delivery. Thing is, I bought a thing from the same merchant and everything worked just fine! But a day or two ago I noticed that nothing works anymore. Can't even send money to other people. It's irritating.

Paypal sometimes will block payments from your paypal balance if you don't have a back up card linked to your paypal account as well.

You still have not answered the currency question.

Oh, my bad, yeah, the currency is exactly the same.

But the thing is, I made a purchase from the same merchant and it worked perfectly. Now it doesn't.

May be the problem is that merchant?

Is he on Ebay,has he been suspended?

Have you tried paying someone else?

If you have another Paypal account,you can try sending money to that account and see if you can.

Then you can go to that account and hit refund,and the payment will come back to you.

We are allowed more than one Paypal accounts,I have one  personal account and one is premier account
