Hello I'm having issues trying to send mone. I get the error "please try again later" it's been like this for awhile now and I don't know what's going on I'm able to purchase items off ebay fine.but unable to send money.
Log into your account to see if there is any notice of a limitation placed on your account? Try also clearing your browser cache, cookies, and restart your device.
If you still have questions about/problems with your account access, log in to your PayPal account, click Contact at the bottom of any page, and then click Call us.
