If I have discovered a company I ordered from is untrustowrthy, and PayPal has already processed the transaction, what can I do to cancel oreer through paypal? have canceled order at company website, which the order had not been processed yet. I just want to cover myself and do whatever I can at PayPal to cancel payment as well. Please help.
The order has to be cancelled via the seller or merchant. Unfortunately there's no account options for cancelling a transaction unless the status is "unclaimed" and there's an active "Cancel" link in the transaction record.
The Web site and product I ordered was in my opinion mid advertised. I ordered 2 sets of bathroom rugs . And the black set was supposed to have 3 pc. So I suspected. However it only came one 17x24. And on very bottom of Web page I t said, rugs sold separately. I I was unaware of this and paid way to much. I ordered lime set on 9/7 and want cancel that one please. please cancel order just made for diabetics the first order was for $37.00 and the next was $47.00 and they said if I left the page I could be charged double. that was after the 2nd order and they just kept saying I would need another and another it is a money making scheme. Supose to cure diabeties in 14 days. Sorry I was so nieve.
