Can't make payment, screen won't allow me to enter dollars

Trying to send payment for merchandise.  After entering the email address to the person i am sending payment and proceeding to next page, message shows persons email address but the screen will not allow me to enter a dollar amount

Re: Can't make payment, screen won't allow me to enter dollars: I have the same problem. The system recognizes the recipient; screen shows $0.00, and no way to enter the correct payment amount. This is a new problem. Someone please help!
