Can't Withdrawal money to VISA card

I can't withdrawal my money to my VISA Card. It keeps telling me to add a US bank account. But I'm not from US and don't have US bank account. Can anyone help me!? Regards

ahmede tebi je leglo na racun jesil provjerio stanje racuna i molim te ako je ok da znam da mi bude lakse ja sam se 4 dana mucio da prebacim 120 eura pa zato se sad pitam jel sto posto leglo 😄
