I would think if someone sent me a echeck it would atleast let me know instantly in my paypal account that it was on its way, even if the money is not avialible for a few days. A buyer said they sent an echeck and yet ebay nor paypal shows anything about it. Can it really be I will not be alerted that it was sent until it clears? if so why? The seller should atleast be alerted a echeck is on its way and the buyer has made an attempt at paying for an item no?
