BEWARE: <removed> SCAMS!

So basically what happened is that <removed> is currently trying to scam me... to make a long story short, they had me wait around for 18 hours. Their excuses for extreme time delay was "out supplier isnt here" or "we are not able to do youre request right now" or "the suppliers computer is down" and "the supplier is not available right now. I waited 18 hours on this to make a claim when i got fed up with it. So when i messaged them that i made a claim THEY SUDDENLY SPOKE GOOD ENGLISH, they said "cancel claim and we will give you what you ordered right away" also " if you cancel the claim we will get the order to you asap" also "dont worry you can trust us, just cancel order right now and we will have supplier meet you after". thing is... i know if you cancel the order... you can NEVER open it EVER again.

So i stuck to my guns and said "either you give my my refund or my gold or ill keep it up and you can deal with paypal" in their response... "we dont care if you go to paypal, nothing will happen anyway" (Note: that is copy and pasted, that dont sound like the average chinese man. That sounds like a hardcore scammer that knows what they are doing) Also they said this "you the customer have no customer rights to refund anyway". So i brought this up to paypal over the phone and they had a claim arranged... However the lady said 1 of 3 things can happen here...

(Note: i mentioned my vast array of snap photo proving all of this, proving their refusal of refund and refusal of time sensativity acknowledgement)

1. They refund you (which i have proof of them saying they wont)

2. we make them refund you when they dont respond (ok thats cool)

3. You are **bleep** out of 50 bucks... (paypals way of saying "ME SO SORRY")

Now after i did all this, something very odd happened... My claim was automatically escalated. You want proof?

So what does these scammers do, they decide to spit in my face by doing this...

Disputed Amount:

    $52.57 USD

Status

The seller has responded to our request for tracking information. We haven’t confirmed the tracking information yet but wanted to share it with you.

virtual track virtual # tracking # virtual track virtual # <----------- (note tis is copy and pasted from my resolution center.)

They just spat in my face, because they knew paypal dont cover "virtual items". They spaz out and message the tracking number they gave them by putting "virtual track virtual # tracking # virtual track virtual #". REALLY did you just REALLY do this? Did you really just toss that trash in my face and paypals face saying "its a virtual item"?

However check this out...

there is no response from the seller AT ALL, (does this mean that he didnt respond? or he cant respond?)

Does that mean that i basically just won this because he couldnt respond? did paypal just toss me a bone?

I mean it states that "if they dont make a response, i automatically get my money back". So they didnt have time to make a response? or...do they still have time??? WAS THERE A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM???

Basically after you guys viewed the evidence... tell me what i should do... and describe to me what just happened... over 2 minutes?

1. should I just cancel the dispute and hope for the best?

2. cut my 50 buck loss and get **bleep** over by a scammer?

3. stick to my guns and wait it out when it is on "requires youre action"

PLEASE HELP!!!!
