Automatic invoice - Recurring payment

We use PayPal to charge our customers for SaaS. We have two different packages at this point. 

I would like PayPal to create and send an invoice automatically (with my logo, company info + the billing info of the client, what they provided through PayPal), when the payment arrived to us. 

We need to store invoices as well, so I would like to be able to access the invoices from my PayPal account. 

How should we set this up? I couldn't find a proper description in hours.

Creating and sending Invoices is a manual action as there is no automated feature in your Account to do what you have in mind.

You can create an invoice template that has your logo and company info and reuse it.  Then all you have to do is fill in the customer info and amounts.

PayPal does offer an Excel plug-in that allows you to use Excel to create, send and manage your invoices.  That may be an option for automating your process.

Is there an option to create an invoice (manually) without requesting for money? 

Does paypal provide billing info about the user in this case?
