1099k - Has anyone recieved theirs from paypal yet?

Just wandering if anyone has received their 1099K from paypal yet?   I don't know anything about this stuff.  I am not even sure if I should get one.  Maybe it can be printed from Paypals website somewhere?????  Thanks

I made under 20k from AirBnB in 2012.  Is the money I received  reported to the IRS?  My account shows NO 1099 issued and I claim rental expenses and need to show income.

Also, Paypal was used at the Payee, which I am assuming AirBnB is in a collaberation with as no fees were deducted my income...
